Refund policy
1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final for Most Orders
- Because our products are custom-manufactured or printed on demand, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for "change of mind," wrong size/color selection, incorrect customer-provided details, or similar reasons.
- Once production or printing has begun, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your item arrives defective (e.g., significant print failure, broken in a way not shown in product photos, or materially different from the description), damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item shipped), we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To qualify for a replacement, repair, or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@thewonderprints.com (or via our contact form).
- Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and (for shipping damage or potential transit issues) a video of the following:
- The unopened package/box as delivered (showing any visible external damage, labels, or condition).
- Opening the box/package on camera to reveal the item(s) inside .
- This video proof helps us quickly verify if damage occurred in transit or was pre-existing, and it protects both you and us.
We will review your submission promptly (usually within 2–3 business days) and may offer:
- A full or partial refund (to your original payment method),
- A replacement item sent at no extra cost,
- A store credit, or
- Another mutually agreed solution.
3. Shipping Damage
- We pack items carefully, but transit damage can occur.
- Claims for shipping damage must follow the video requirement above and be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- For significant damage, we may coordinate with the carrier if insurance was purchased, but we handle most resolutions directly.
4. Refunds Process (When Approved)
- Refunds (if offered) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we confirm eligibility.
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was entirely our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Return shipping (if required) is usually covered by us for approved defective/incorrect claims; we will provide instructions.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Minor cosmetic variations normal in 3D printing (layer lines, minor support marks, slight color differences due to filament batches).
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling after receipt, or failure to follow any care instructions.
- Late claims (beyond the 7-day window).
